We’ve developed a new, go-to area of the Local Trust website – the Big Local support centre – designed to help you find the support, guidance and inspiration your partnership need to deliver lasting change in your community.

Why has the support centre been set up?

The support centre has been designed collaboratively with Big Local partnerships, to save you time navigating the Local Trust website so you can find the support and guidance you need more easily.

It follows on from the launch of Make it Happen earlier this year – our new and improved package of support that ensures you can access what you need to deliver your Big Local plan.

Now, we’ve created a dedicated online space for your partnerships to find the offers, information and guidance you’re looking for more quickly.

We’ve tested the help centre with partnership members, reps, workers and LTOs and made changes based on your feedback, to help make sure it works for everyone.

How should I use the support centre?

• Topics: Use the topics and descriptions on the support centre homepage to find what you’re looking for. We developed these based on the information Big Local areas told us they search for on the Local Trust website.

• Popular recently: Browse the most popular pages on the support centre, according to what other visitors have been looking at recently.

• News and stories: Read news and stories specifically for Big Local areas, including announcements about new support offers and stories about Big Local areas.

• Feedback: At the bottom of each topic page, you’ll find a feedback box where you can let us know if you found what you were looking for. This will help us continue to improve the support centre, based on your feedback.
