Local Trust launched this learning cluster to help Big Local areas think about and develop sport and activities in new ways, stretching the imagination of what community sport and activities can achieve in Big Local areas.
This cluster was facilitated by Kathryn Mudge and Kirsty Dunleavy from Active Partnerships who have a mission to transform lives through the power of sport and physical activity. Kathryn and Kirsty specialise in supporting communities to maximise their potential and use the power of community sport to deliver on local priorities. Their approach is to keep things simple, focus on what is strong in communities and provide actionable support.

Learning & Networking events are open to all those living and working in Big Local areas, but we do expect attendees to bring some knowledge of the Big Local programme with them, and to feed back the learning from the event to support the delivery of the Big Local plan.
